Lily & Bloom has open since 2010, and it is at LKF Tower in Central. It is separated into two floors. Lily is at 6/F, and it served as the bar area. Bloom is at 5/F, where the main dining area is situated. Lily & Bloom is famous for its unique cocktails, and it is one of Hong Kong's top bar scene.

A delicious 3-courses meal for a special Saturday evening
Bloom hosted a dinner event with a theme of "Masquerade Ball" on Saturday, 10th December 2016. It is one time and one-night dinner event. For this dinner event, Lily & Bloom offers an exclusive 3-course dinner set menu that includes cocktails pairing for three courses. An after-party was hosted as well after 11:00 pm.
First course - Starter
Hand Chopped Steak Tartare with Black Truffle, Quail Egg, Horseradish Creme
with cocktail pairing - De Surau: Veuve Cliquot's with citrus and apple nuances
Second course - Main
Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Parsley Spaetzle, Roasted Pearl Onion, Red Wine Beurre Blanc
with cocktail pairing - Champagne Reclassified
Third course - Dessert
Strawberry Mille Feuille with Puff Pastry, Candied Almonds, Vanilla Ice Cream
and
Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Coconut Ice Cream, Chocolate Crumble
with cocktail pairing - Veuve Spuma with a bittersweet taste
FOOD
All three courses are all delicious. The Steak Tartare has always been my favourite dish, and it did not disappoint me. The Roasted Beef Tenderloin was cook perfectly, and the wine sauce is a perfect match with the tenderloin. The two desserts are both delicious. The ice cream tasted super good.
COCKTAIL
The De Surac, cocktail pairing from the starter is probably my most favourite cocktail out of the three cocktails I have taken in that evening. The taste is so unique, and it matches with the Steak Tartare so well.
SERVICE
The service was smooth and efficient. The staff introduced the meal and cocktails very well.
SPENDING
HK$650 per person plus 10% service charge
Overall, the masquerade dinner was excellent. The food is all delicious and the cocktail pairing matches with the food taste, I'm looking forward to their next dinner event and to have another memorable dining experience.
